Subversion 1.3 support added in trunk

As of revision 359 in the trunk Collaboa is compatible with the Subversion 1.3 API.
It will also mean that Subversion 1.2.x support is gone. If you wish to keep using Subversion 1.2.x a little longer you can switch your working copy to use http://svn.collaboa.org/svn/collaboa/tags/rel-0.5.5/.
With Subversion 1.3 just being a few days old, I’m really happy to have Collaboa support it, but I’m even more happy to see complete API coverage of the Ruby bindings. Collaboa wouldn’t be possible without the fine work Kouhei Sutou and the others working on the Ruby bindings in Subversion does, a big thanks goes out to these people!
